Jessica M. Rydell graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in the Fall of 2011. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Legal Studies and minors in Economics and Political Science. She graduated summa cum laude. Jessica received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2015. She graduated cum laude. While in law school, Jessica was an extern with the United States Attorney’s Office in Fargo, ND. She also worked as a certified student attorney and law clerk at the UND School of Law’s Clinical Education Program. She is a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Jessica is admitted to practice in North Dakota and Minnesota state courts. She is a member of the North Dakota and Minnesota Bar Associations.

Jessica is from Fairmount, ND and lives in Fargo.
